Headquartered in McAllen, Texas, Rhodes is the largest and fastest growing mixed-use developer of master-planned communities in the Rio Grande Valley. They reached out to Cardigan Communications who then hired me to initiate all rebranding efforts from logos to website design.

Rhodes is a land development company. I researched land survey maps and aerial photography of undeveloped land for logo inspiration.
From there I reimagine a land survey that would portray the letter “R”. Once I isolated the letter-form I cleaned it up for better recognition. See the evolution below.
